Daryanox was founded in 2021 by a group of former corporate strategy leaders who grew frustrated with consulting that felt disconnected from actual business reality. We'd worked inside operating companies—managing P&Ls, navigating board conversations, making decisions with imperfect information. We understood the gap between a clever strategy recommendation and a strategy that can actually be executed.
Today, we work with mid-market and enterprise leaders across Ontario and Canada on three core challenges: how to reshape their business (restructuring), how to expand responsibly (market entry), and where their operations are hiding inefficiency (auditing). We're not academics. We're practitioners who've lived the tension between ambition and execution. That's what we bring to every engagement.
